at High Street UMC.
UMW CIRCLE MEETINGS
MARY RUTH CIRCLE will meet 3rd Tuesday
at noon at Oakwood Village. For lunch reservations, please call
Pauline Colliver, 390-3076.
SARAH CIRCLE will meet 3rd Tuesday at
7:30 in individual homes, contact the church office for information about
the host sight.

We are
pleased to be a part of the future of each of these students, and wish them
continued success as they pursue their educational and lifetime goals.
The UMW scholarship committee wishes to extend their appreciation to all
those persons who contributed to the Scholarship Fund on Sunday, May 2. We
appreciate your help in continuing our tradition of awarding scholarships to
High Street's young people in order to help them further their educations.
UMW PURPOSE
The organized unit of
United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to
know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to
develop a creative, supportive fellowship and to expand concepts of mission
through participation in the global ministries of the church.
Our church supports three
circles.

Circle of Friends
This group of women
supports both foreign and local mission projects through pledging and
special fund raisers held throughout the year.
